Use of Storage Space
Storage and parking are provided for vehicles, trailers, equipment, and similar items only. Hazardous materials, illegal items, or abandoned property are prohibited.
Payment
Payment is required to reserve and maintain a space. Failure to pay may result in loss of access or removal of stored property.
No Bailment / Limited Liability
Outdoor Storage Depot is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, weather events, vandalism, or acts of God. Storage is at your own risk. Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance.
Access
Access policies may change for safety or operational reasons.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate storage agreements for non-payment, rule violations, or misuse of the property.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
